FIELD SERVICE
P J Berriman & Co Pty Ltd provide on site field service any where in NSW or QLD 24 hours a day.
Field service engineers are fully trained and operate from field service trucks that are fully equipped with :
- All power and hand tools which may be required.
- Full range ao spare part s for all PJB equipment.
- All lubricants as may be required.
- Hydraulically operated crane.
SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEMS
P J Berriman & Co Provides a complete maintenance and repair service. The service and support facilities utilise the most modern test equipment and are operated by trained service personnel and technicians.
ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
All good service providers have the very best when it comes to engineering support. PJB is no exception to the rule. Our engineering department employs only experienced and qualified engineers and operates the most advanced engineering software.
DIESEL TESTING LABORATORY
The diesel test laboratory is one of the most advanced and versatile testing centers within the mining industry.
The laboratory is NATA certified for exhaust emission testing to Australian Standards and has a fully integrated computerised data logging control and reporting system.
Fault diagnosis can be achieved without costly disassembly as any possible opertaing conditions can be simulated on either the Engine Dyno or Chassis / Vehicle Dyno.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS TESTING AND SERVICE
The electrical and electronics workshop is manned by qualified technicians and the best test equipment available.
All components are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
The in-house testing ensures that all results can be verified by our certified Quality System.
HYDRAULIC AND PNUEMATIC TETSING AND SERVICE
Many of the systems used in modern mining equipment rely on hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
Our specialised test and service centre has calibrated test equipment and is operated by trained personnel.
The in-house testing ensures the all results can be verified by our certified Quality System.
SPARE PARTS SUPPORT
P J Berriman & Co service capabilities are enhanced by the support of the manufacturing facilities available at Tomago and Emerald branches.
PRECISION MACHINING
Our fabrication shop and assembly shops are manned by qualified and experienced boilermakers and mechanical tradespersons. All shops are fitted with the latest tools and equipment. |
